Tastings

The desire to share a peaceful place immersed in a suggestive landscape of the Itria valley and to recover some of the cultural and gastronomic traditions of Puglia are the founding principles of the cultural association Terra Sessana.

Its intent is to create meeting opportunities for testing typical dishes and regional wines meanwhile enjoying the surrounding countryside. These occasions are enlivened by live music, songs, dances and traditional performances.

During the dinner will be served a variety of vegetarian dishes of the rural tradition of Puglia, made with wild vegetables and herbs and others organic ingredients mostly from our garden.

The large kitchen with the outdoor stone oven offers the opportunity to assist in the preparation of the food. The rural environment, the open spaces, the sounds, the smells and the colors of the nature, are the perfect frame of these events that give moments of joy, peace and harmony.
