TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/p>\n

It is not allowed to organize private parties. It is possible to organize events only by renting the whole structure and with prior authorization. The pools are open from May to October.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

How to book<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

To make a booking we ask for a 30% deposit to be paid within 3 working days upon confirmation. The balance must be paid within 30 days before the beginning of the period of stay. The deposit and the balance must be paid by bank transfer or via pay-pal.
\nIn the event of a reservation for a period in the 30 days before the start of the stay, the client is asked to pay the whole amount in advance.<\/p>\n

Cancellation policy<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of cancellation by the client will be refunded the amount to the client in the following ways:
\n50% 29-15 days before arrival
\n25% 14-7 days before arrival<\/p>\n

In the event that a cancellation is made after the deposit has been paid and before the payment of the balance, the deposit will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

In the event of cancellation by the owner, the owner will look for an equivalent accommodation for the same period, or, if this is not possible, the full amount received will be refunded to the client.<\/p>\n

Breakage deposit for the Houses<\/em><\/strong>
\nUpon arrival will be asked a breakage deposit of 300 Euros for Trullo, Villa and Lamia, 500 euros for Blue House for damages eventually caused by the client. The breakage deposit will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the state of the house by the owner for any damage occurred.<\/p>\n

Check-in and Check-out
\n<\/em>Check-in is from 4 pm until 9 pm. Check-out is from 8 am to 10 am. Any different time must be agreed in advance. In any case, the client is asked to communicate the estimated time of arrival until the day before arrival.<\/p>\n

Tourist Tax\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Tourist Tax is not included in the price. the amount is 1,00 \u20ac p\/person p\/day for the first 5 days, it is free for children until 12<\/p>\n

Pets
\n<\/em>Pets are allowed on request by the client at the time of booking. At the end of the stay will be charged an extra fee of 30 \u20ac for additional cleaning for every pet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Final cleaning for the Houses
\n<\/em><\/strong>The final cleaning of the house is included in the price. However, in case, at the end of the stay, the house is left by the client in a bad state regarding the cleaning, an extra fee of 50 \u20ac will be charged for additional cleaning. \u00a0At check-out the guest will take care to leave the house with a clean kitchen and washed dishes. Any remaining garbage must be carried by the guest in the bins located outside the houses.<\/p>\n
